I’m writing this poem

For a very special lady,

Always and forever,

She’ll always be my baby

I dream of holding her,

In my arms so tight,

If loving her is wrong,

Then I don’t wanna be right.

I dream of kissing her,

Her lips so sweet

She’s so beautiful,

She knocks me off my feet.

The way I feel about her,

Words can’t express,

Through good times and bad,

I won’t love her any less

This special lady means so much to me,

  1. BB – I write, and I love the written word. I love to read and write everything. I carry a notebook and pen with me everywhere and have been known to pull my car over to jot down pieces of poetry, create characters, or pen a few lines of a story. Here on WP, I write mostly expressive poetry. I write about a lifetime of personal and observed experiences. I create characters based on my vivid imagination, and I fall in love with each of them and their unique lives. I have been working on a non-fiction book for over ten years, and have doubts that I will ever finish it. Last year I started my first fictional novel, and am very excited about this endeavor. I once read; if you can’t find the story you want to read, then, write it! That is exactly what I am doing. XO Lesley
