I will remember the kisses

I will remember the kisses,
our lips raw with love,
the way your breath
tangled with mine
like smoke that refused to rise.

I will remember
how you gave me everything—
the unguarded laughter,
the sudden silences,
the trembling hand
that reached for me
when the night was too heavy.

And I will remember
how I had little left to give,
only the fragments of myself,
a handful of broken hours,
the faint glow of a heart
still beating but tired.

Yet you took them,
gently, without judgment,
as though even my ruins
were worth holding.

And in that moment,
I was not the wreck I feared,
but someone who could still
be loved,
someone who could still
belong.

Your Heart Is Where Your Treasure Is

our Heart Is Where Your Treasure Is!

I thought that I could make it on my own.
Till that day when I lost my job and home.

There were things in life I took for granted.
Till that one day, when all was “unplanted.”

There were many things that I had enjoyed.
Till that one day, when it was all destroyed.

I cried and wept as I see it all disappear.
But something that I discovered became clear.

No matter how many times I sought pleasure.
Where my heart is, there is also my treasure.

The treasures I thought would bring fulfillment.
Never did they bring true joy and contentment!

I began to pray like I had never done before…
God was what I needed… I needed HIM more!

The love of God spoke to me, as I knelt down…
And soon, I felt HIS presence all around!

I lost everything in life, that I thought I needed!
But, through Jesus, my life is now completed!

Jesus brought a heavenly treasure that I never knew
He filled my emptiness, and made me “brand new!”

He came to where I was! I was empty within…
And gave me the victory to live life AGAIN!

The treasure in Christ brought healing to my mind!
I love him so much! He’s so gentle and kind!

The treasure in Christ, is a wonderful delight.
This eternal treasure… Can be yours TONIGHT!

Call Of Nature

Fog blankets the desolate earth
With motionless, invisible arms
Concealing any imperfections
Of Nature’s poised beauty and charm

A vapor mist of moisture
Dampens foliage with care
Gentle as the sweetest kiss
On tender lips, so fair

A necessity of plantations growth
Sipping wetness of various form
Absorbing like a starving sponge
During the calm before the storm

A miracle of unspoken prayer
From crying clouds, does fall
Saturating dirt and root
Soaked, satisfied, Nature’s call
